Providing the latest in drug therapies during your stay with us is a vital part of caring for your health and recovery.

Medications and IV solutions prescribed by your physician will be filled by the registered pharmacists in our hospital pharmacy.

 If you need to have a prescription filled after you are  discharged from the hospital, please contact your preferred community pharmacy.  Johnston Memorial Hospital does not operate an outpatient pharmacy. 

 Prior to or following your stay with us, residents of Washington County, Virginia may qualify for assistance from the Pharmacy Connection program. This program provides certain medications free of charge to eligible participants.

You may make an appointment to determine eligibility by calling (276) 619-9801 or (276) 619-9802 on Monday and Tuesday (9am to 2pm) or on Friday (9am to 1pm).
